The middle school HAPPY club is for students in grades 6-8. At Liberty-Benton, HAPPY stands for: Healthy Choices, Always Striving for Good Character, Positive Role Model, Proud to be Me, and Youth Can Make a Difference. HAPPY stresses the importance of being drug and alcohol free along with maintaining positive character. Students work together to take a stand and share with their peers by promoting healthy lifestyles and positive choices. The students plan the events for Red Ribbon Week in October and also collect coats for the Annual Coats for Christmas drive each year.
