Students of the Month of October

             Senior Jake Bixler is active in soccer, quiz bowl, National Honor Society, and high school Bible study.  His favorite subject is science, and he enjoys playing the piano and guitar, watching sports, and spending time with friends.  He is looking forward to finishing high school and going off to college.  His personal goal is to become a biomedical engineer.  Jake is the son of Jody and David Bixler.

             Junior Maranda Blanchard is active in basketball cheerleading, football cheerleading,   Z-Club, and National Honor Society, and she enjoys reading, being around kids, and spending time with friends and family.  Her favorite subject is math, specifically pre-calculus, and she is looking forward to graduating and going off to college.  Her personal goal is to hopefully work with children as part of a future career.  Maranda is the daughter of Dan and Janet Blanchard.

             Sophomore Clay Lenhart enjoys fitness, reading, and spending time with family and friends.  He is active in football, basketball, baseball, and student council.  He has no favorite subject, and he is looking forward to Springtime.  His personal goal is to become the strongest version of himself in all aspects of life: spiritually, mentally, and physically.  Clay is the son of Matt and Missy Lenhart.

             Freshman Jessica LaFontaine enjoys volunteering for Gliding Stars, babysitting, volunteering for the park district, and spending time with family and friends.  She is active in soccer, choir, musical, FCA, track, and Bible study, and her favorite subject is math.  She is looking forward to becoming a STRIDES leader. J  Her personal goal is to continue to get good grades.  Jessica is the daughter of Richard and Dorothy LaFontaine.
