The start of a new school year always excites me. As our kids start to return to our new campus for marching band and athletics, it becomes more exciting for me to show off our new school. The new school brings a lot of joy to our school community and is something all of us can be very proud to call “home” for a very long time. We will have many long-lasting memories of the old building but I look forward to creating many lifelong memories in our new building. 

I’m sure we will encounter challenges as we transition to the new school, but I envision many positive experiences not only for our middle school students but for our district as well. 

I want to thank you for the time, energy, and support you continue to pour into the education of our students. Each one of our students needs and depends on the support of our community and time and time again you have provided that. Thank you!

Hello, and welcome back!  After a great first year, I am looking forward to another fantastic school year with all of you.  It was great to learn from a terrific staff, and I had so much fun getting to know our students, families, and other community members this past year.  I know this next year will be much of the same, and I can't wait for what lies ahead for all of us. 

I also feel lucky enough to be a part of the transition into our brand-new building.  The possibilities and opportunities that this creates for our students are just amazing.  I think it is important to note that we are not only transitioning students and staff, but tradition and values as well.  I know that we will continue to honor those traditions and values while moving forward with new experiences for our students.  I wish you all the best for a great school year, and Go Eagles!
