Thank You!

 

Issue 1, the renewal operating levy put forth on the November 5th ballot, has passed, and we are grateful to all of you who helped support it. The levy will continue to help fund the day-to-day operations of our schools, such as staff, technology, utilities, classroom supplies and equipment, as well as maintenance and repair of school property not covered by the bond issue that was approved in May. 

This renewal is the same as originally approved in 1994 and this is the fourth time this levy has been approved by this community in the past 25 years. We pride ourselves on being fair, responsible stewards of taxpayers’ dollars in educating the children of the Liberty-Benton school community. As a district, we will continue to work diligently to make sure that these funds work within our carefully crafted and maintained budget. 

 

I am proud to be a part of a school district so deeply rooted in excellence. Thank you, again, for your support.
