October Students of the Month
Senior - Austin KernAustin is the son of Jerry and Susan Kern. He is involved with Soccer, Bowling, Z-Club, and National Honor Society at LBHS. He enjoys playing guitar and video games. His favorite class is Anatomy, and his favorite teacher is Mrs. Amspaugh. Autin is looking forward to going to college and meeting new people. His goal is to get accepted into the Pharmacy program at the college he chooses.
Junior - Kaitlin FloresKaitlin is the daughter of Frank and Holly Flores. She is involved in Z-Club, National Honor Society, and Spanish Club at LBHS. She enjoys art, four-wheeling, boating, traveling, camping, and collecting. Her favorite class is Anatomy, and her favorite teachers are Mr. McRedmond and Mrs. Hazelton. Kaitlin is looking forward to the holidays, and her goal is to graduate with honors.
Sophomore - Riley Irwin
Riley is the daughter of Nate and Heidi Irwin. She is involved in Cross Country, Basketball, Track, Student Council, and Habitudes at LBHS. She enjoys watching movies and sports and hanging out with her friends. Her favorite classes are Math and Science, and her favorite teacher is Mr. Quisno. Riley is looking forward to basketball season, and her goal is to get a 4.0 G.P.A. and graduate with honors.
Freshmen - Addyson Van HornAddyson is the daughter of Amber Van Horn and Dustin Van Horn. She is involved with soccer at LBHS. She enjoys ice skating, watching various sporting events, and hanging out with her friends. Her favorite classes are Algebra and Physical Science, and her favorite teachers are Mr. Cupples, Mr. Webster, and Mrs. Cunningham. She was excited to head to the State Semi-Final soccer game, and she would like COVID to be over soon so school can get back to normal. Her goal is to achieve all A’s and go to college to be a pharmacist.
