Band Director: Thomas Holben

Thomas Holben Mr. Holben is the Director of Bands for Liberty Benton Schools. Those ensembles include: 5th Grade beginning band, 6th-8th bands, HS Marching Band, HS Concert Band, HS Jazz Ensemble, Pit Orchestra, and Pep Band. He is the Assistant Choir Director and helps with running sectionals and sometimes rehearsals. Mr. Holben received his Bachelor of Music Education degree from Heidelberg University. He is in the process of fulfilling requirements to become a Google Educator. He also holds and Associates Degree in Law Enforcement that he earned while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Holben hails from the steel city of Pittsburgh, PA and is a die hard Pirates/Penguins/Steelers fan. Choir Director: Ray Wolfe

Ray Wolfe Mr. Wolfe is the Director of Choirs at Liberty-Benton Schools. He directs the choirs in grades 5-12 in conjunction with assisting with 5th grade band and HS Marching/Concert bands. He is the Technical Director, Vocal Director, and Ticket Coordinator for the annual high school musical as well as the director of “Fermata the Blue,” L-B’s new co-ed a cappella group. Mr. Wolfe is a Findlay native, having graduated from Van Buren High School, and holds his bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Ohio University. In his free time, Mr. Wolfe likes to golf, arrange music and spend time with friends and family.
