Liberty-Benton Local School District offers a full range of academics, arts, and athletics programs to provide for your student's needs. By partnering with our community leaders, we provide the resources children need during all stages of transition and deployment.
Here at Liberty-Benton Local School District, we work very hard to help new students make the transition stress free. We encourage you to contact our school in advance to arrange a tour and discuss any transition concerns your family may have with staff. Our students are very happy to show newcomers around, so ask about our welcome programs.
The school has a staff point of contact for military students and families who serves as the primary liaison between them and the school. The liaison completes professional development on special considerations for military students and families under federal law. The liaison identifies and informs teachers of the military-connected students in their classrooms and the special considerations military families and students should receive.
