From the Desk of the Principal

Welcome to Liberty-Benton Middle School! LB Middle was recently awarded the prestigious Momentum Award by the Ohio State Board of Education. The Momentum Award is earned by schools that achieve all A's for the Value Added categories of the state report card including gifted, students with disabilities, lowest 20% in achievement, and overall. Liberty-Benton Middle School is one of only 164 schools in the state of Ohio to receive this award, putting us in the top 4% of all public schools in Ohio for Value Added. We are proud of our students and our teaching staff for their most recent accomplishment. Our success can be attributed to a learning culture that promotes high standards, good character, academic rigor, critical thinking, and American citizenship in a caring, supportive environment.

Middle School hours for 2019-2020 are as follows:

7:30 am - Doors open

7:40 am - Homeroom Tardy bell rings

2:40 pm - Dismissal

Please call the MS Office at 419-422-9166 by 9:00am to report an absence.
