Liberty-Benton Middle School

From the Desk of the Principal

Kyle Leatherman

Welcome back to what is sure to be a school year that we won’t soon forget. After a long break from having the ability to enter the school building, we are finally ready to take on the new school year. Although this will not be a traditional start to the school year, I am even more excited than any other year to see kids walking into the building. As educators, our best work happens when we can meet with kids face to face. We feel a more individualized approach to teaching is the most beneficial for students to learn.

As there are surely many more changes to happen before and during the school year, I encourage you to follow our website, Facebook and Twitter page to learn more. We will also use our Instant Connect system to relay information. I thank you in advance for your patience with all of our decision making and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I will be glad to assist you in any way possible.
