September Students of the Month

Senior - Nate Garcia
Nate is the son of Andy and Jeanne Garcia.  He is involved with Soccer, Track, and Habitudes at LBHS.  He enjoys playing Xbox, watching The Big Bang Theory, running, and working out.  His favorite classes are Government and Yearbook, and his favorite teachers are Mr. Arnold and Mr. LaFontaine.  Nate is looking forward to going to college (undecided at this time) and will graduate with honors.












Junior - Lauren Abate
Lauren is the daughter of George and Lisa Abate.  She is involved in the Color Guard, Choir, Z-Club, Fermata the Blue, and FCA at LBHS. She loves to play the piano (she has played for 11 years), hanging out with her friends, babysitting and reading.  Her favorite classes are Spanish, Choir, and English, and her favorite teachers are Senora Amspaugh, Senora Marcum, Mr. Wolfe, and Mr. Holben.  Lauren is looking forward to spending the holidays with family and friends, and her goal is to graduate with honors and get into a good college.











Sophomore - RJ Coldren
RJ is the son of Robert and Allison Coldren.  He is involved in Golf, Choir, Band, Baseball, Wrestling, and the Quiz Bowl teams at LBHS. He enjoys watching movies and listening to music.  His favorite classes are Science and Math, and his favorite teachers are Mr. Rader and Mr. Marzec.  RJ is looking forward to seeing all his friends if we go back to school full-time, and his goal is to get a 4.0 G.P.A.













Freshmen - Deborah Cardona
Deborah is the daughter of Edwin and DeAnna Cardona.  She is involved with the Spanish Club at LBHS.  She is interested in illustration, and she enjoys sketching all the time.  She states that she is a “nerd for Marvel, Wings of Fire (book series), and Undertale”.  Her favorite classes are Art, Science, and Spanish, and her favorite teachers are Mrs. Amspaugh, Mr. Webster, and Mrs. Amstutz.  She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and learning new things at the high school.  Her future plans include going to college to pursue a career in illustration.
